Carlos Maldonado - Principal

Carlos brings over 25 years of construction experience developing and managing the schedules on complex urban and suburban projects. He brings a diverse construction background and offers insight into the building process from buyout to completion. He is experienced working on projects located on complex sites and ensures the detail and accuracy required to meet milestones and deadlines. His technical skills include Primavera P6v21 for creating and maintaining schedules, Deltek Acumen Suite for Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) and Schedule Forensic Analysis, Netpoint for Graphical Path Method Schedules and Microsoft Project.
